IMS Mobile(Merchant Point) by Fiserv is a payment acceptance solution designed to provide convenience and efficiency for both merchants and customers.

Accessing the App: Upon downloading the app from the App Store, users are required to register by entering their Terminal ID/Merchant ID/Mobile Number and generate a TPIN. Subsequently, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number, which must be entered into the app to set a TPIN or password according to individual preference.

mCommerce Capabilities: The mCommerce menu offers a range of features allowing users to accept diverse payment methods, including Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat QR, and SMS/email invoicing, ensuring seamless transaction processing and sales maximization.

Self-Service Tools: With the self-service menu, users have the ability to submit multiple service requests effortlessly, covering needs such as paper roll requests and terminal-related inquiries.
